Woman dies after car collides with Luas

A woman in her thirties has been killed in a crash in Dublin city centre this morning.

The victim, who was a pedestrian, was hit by a car between Jervis Street and Abbey Street after the vehicle was in a collision with a Luas just before 9am.

Gardaí and emergency services are at the scene.

Luas Red Line services are running between Smithfield and Tallaght / Saggart only.
