Cork has the highest incidence of bowel cancer followed by Leitrim, Louth, Dublin North and Westmeath.

The Irish Cancer Society has revealed a number of 'Bowel Cancer Hotspots' around the country to launch Bowel Cancer Awareness Month which takes places in April.
