Gardaí arrest man in connection with Dublin stabbing

A man has been arrested in connection with a stabbing in Dublin last year.

The man, in his early 40s, is due to appear in court today at 10.30am charged in relation to the fatal stabbing of Dean Fitzpatrick on May 25, 2013.

Gardaí at Coolock are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of the 23-year-old man whose body was discovered at Northern Cross, Malahide Road, Dublin 5 on the night of May 25.
