Shatter calls on Flannery to appear before PAC

The Minister for Justice and Defence Alan Shatter is calling on Rehab director Frank Flannery to appear before the Public Accounts Committee.

Flannery is under pressure to answer questions about his role on the organisation's remuneration committee.
