Stormont to debate handling of on-the-run terror suspects

The Northern Ireland Assembly is being recalled later for a special debate on the British Government's handling of on-the-run republican terror suspects.

The scheme saw letters sent to more than 180 republican terror suspects advising them they could return to Northern Ireland without fear of prosecution.
