Gardaí appeal for witnesses in case of man found injured in Dublin

A man in his 40s remains seriously ill in hospital, after being found lying on the ground in Dublin's north inner city yesterday afternoon.

The man was discovered with head injuries at Gloucester Place and is receiving treatment in Beaumont Hospital.
