The Fianna Fáil leader, Micheál Martin, accused the Minister for Justice of misleading the Dáil in relation to Garda whistleblower Maurice McCabe.

Micheál Martin yesterday revealed he obtained documents after meeting Sergeant McCabe which contain evidence alleging Gardaí failed to properly investigate serious crimes.
