Dozens disqualified more than once after reaching maximum penalty points

New figures show that 66 drivers have been disqualified from driving more than once for accumulating more than 12 penalty points.

A total of 191 drivers were banned for meeting the 12-point limit in 2013, with the total since the points system was introduced now over 2,000.
