Ambulance Service apologises to family of Cork toddler
The National Ambulance Service has apologised to the family of a Cork toddler, who died after an ambulance being sent to him was stood down.
Two-year-old Vakaris Martinitis died from injuries sustained after he fell from an upstairs window at his home in Midleton in May this year.
