Gardaí investigate after man shot in the leg

An investigation has been launched after a shooting in Coolock in Dublin.

A 25-year-old man was shot in the leg in the Cromcastle Court area last night.

He was treated for minor injuries at Beaumont Hospital, while a second man escaped uninjured.

No arrests have been made, and anyone with information is being asked to contact Gardaí in Santry on 01 - 6664000.
