The Court of Criminal Appeal has reserved judgement in a motion brought by a Dublin man who was convicted of murder for acting as the getaway driver for the gunman of a fatal shooting.

In November 2009, Liam Bolger (aged 26) was jailed for life by Mr Justice Paul Carney after a Central Criminal Court jury found him guilty of the murder of Christopher Barry (aged 25) on September 13, 2008.
