The Court of Criminal Appeal has reserved judgement in a motion brought by a Dublin man who was convicted of murder for acting as the getaway driver for the gunman of a fatal shooting.

A Dublin man, who was the getaway driver for the gunman in a fatal shooting at a bookmakers over a year ago, has been jailed for life at the Central Criminal Court.
