Dublin man sees all charges dropped in manslaughter case
Charges have been dropped against one of the men accused of the manslaughter of a man who went missing from East Wall in Dublin over two years ago.
Ciaran Noonan who was living in Ashbourne, Co Meath - but originally from the East Wall area - was last seen getting into a car at Russell Avenue, on October 20, 2011.
