Poll reveals desire for new political party and unpopularity of Gilmore
A new opinion poll shows that almost half of the electorate support the formation of a new political party.
That figure is up by 6% on the last Sunday Independent/Millward Brown poll taken three months ago.
Meanwhile, Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore is the most unpopular leader, with just 16% saying they are happy with his performance.
While the Taoiseach Enda Kenny fares only marginally better with 25% satisfaction.
