Fitzgerald refuses to give details of HSE report into removal of Roma children

The Children's Minister has refused to give details of the HSE report into the removal of two Roma children from their families.

Frances Fitzgerald says she doesn't want to prejudice any investigation by the Children's Ombudsman, Emily Logan.
