Irish man one of four arrested for illegally boarding Cost Concordia

An Irish man is among four salvage workers arrested on suspicion of illegally boarding the stricken Costa Concordia cruise ship to search for souvenirs.

The Sunday Telegraph reports that the Irish man, a Briton and two South Africans, have been detained.
