Jury to hear final speeches in solicitor's fraud trial

The jury will hear closing speeches in the €52m theft and fraud trial of former solicitor Thomas Byrne.

The 47-year-old, who lives at Mountjoy Square in Dublin, is accused of repeatedly using his clients properties as collateral on bank loans between 2004 and 2007.
