Gardaí release man in Cork hit-and-run investigation

Gardaí in Cork have released without charge a man arrested for questioning about a hit-and-run incident in Cobh early yesterday morning.

A 52-year-old mother of two was seriously injured when she was struck by a vehicle that failed to stop at around 8.30am.
