Dublin Fire Brigade confident of water supplies

Dublin Fire Brigade believes it has enough access to water and back up supplies to deal with a busy night tonight, despite water restrictions.

Halloween is the busiest night of the year for the fire service, with more than 600 call outs this night, last year.

It is the second night of water restrictions in the capital, because of a production problem at the Ballymore Eustace Water Treatment Plant.
