Taxi drivers bring deregulation test cases against Environment Minister

The High Court has heard today about how deregulation of the taxi industry had "devastating" consequences for drivers who saw the value of their licences wiped out overnight.

Three drivers have brought test cases challenging the liberalisation of the market 13 years ago.
