Troika arrives in Dublin for final review as Noonan plans exit
The Minister for Finance, Michael Noonan, is preparing his briefing for the cabinet on Ireland's bailout exit - and whether or not Ireland will procure a precautionary line of credit - as the final Troika inspection begins.
Officials from the Troika have arrived in Dublin for their final quarterly review, though some inspections will continue until all the money is paid back.
