Taoiseach refuses to rule out second bailout
The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has refused to rule out the need for emergency credit after Ireland exits the bailout.
The overdraft facility would be used as a safety net, but would come with conditions attached, regardless of whether it is drawn down or not.
At an EU summit in Brussels last night, Mr Kenny said there is an emphasis on exiting the bailout in a "sustainable fashion".
Europe Correspondent with the Irish Examiner, Ann Cahill, was there and she says taking the emergency credit may be a better option in the long run.
