Gardaí and AA urge drivers to slow down as rain pours

Gardaí are reminding motorists to drive with caution as a result of wet conditions.

Met Eireann is predicting 25mm of rain to fall over the next 24 hours, prompting a reminder from Gardaí to drive at speeds appropriate to the conditions.
