One third admit to checking partners' smartphones

A third of Irish people check their partners' smartphones for texts, photos and dialled numbers.

New research by Meteor says one in three women check their lover's phone history, as opposed to one in four men.

The survey also shows that nearly half of those surveyed have secretly checked a friend or someone else's phone when they are out of the room.
