Taoiseach: More people qualifying for ordinary medical cards

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has insisted that there has been no change to the policy on discretionary medical cards.

Mr Kenny said a discretionary medical card is still given to anyone who needs one but who exceeds the income limit.
