The highest court in the EU says passengers whose trains are delayed are entitled to partial refunds, even if the delay is caused by extreme weather.

The European Court of Justice has rejected action from an Austrian train company which claimed it shouldn't have to pay out if trains are delayed because of outside circumstances.
