One winner of €2.9m Lotto jackpot

There was one winner of tonight's Lotto jackpot, totalling €2,984,327.

The jackpot-winning ticket was bought in the north west of the country. There was no winner of the top prize in the Lotto Plus 1 or Plus 2 draws.

Over 36,000 people won some prize in tonight's draw.

UPDATE: The winning €8 selected numbers ticket was purchased yesterday in Co Donegal.
