Woman dies in Meath traffic accident
A woman has died in a road accident in Co Meath.
The woman, who was driving a moped, died of her injuries after she was in a collision with a car at Kilberry, Navan, Co. Meath at around 9.30pm last night.
The woman's body, who is said to have been in her 50s, has been removed to Navan General Hospital where a post mortem examination will take place.
The female driver of the car was uninjured.
Gardaí at Navan investigating the collision closed the road for forensic examination, and it has since reopened.
