Association claims at least 3,000 jobs gone in off-licence sector

The National Off Licence Association has said more than 3,000 jobs have been lost in the independent off-licence sector in the past five years.

The group is presenting its pre-budget submission in which it is urging the Government to reverse the increase in excise duty on alcohol introduced in the last Budget.
