Reilly: it is 'perverse' that we must rob the the third world of their doctors

The Minister for Health, James Reilly, said it is "perverse" that Irish doctors are left to emigrate while the health service recruits doctors from abroad.

Reilly said the medical profession must do more to ensure younger Irish doctors are not forced to emigrate.
