Varadkar: I don't set the fares

The Minister for Transport Leo Varadkar says he fears that a rise in fares on public transport will be counter-productive, but insisted: "I don't set the fares".

The National Transport Authority will decide in the Autumn whether CIE can raise its fares across its bus, tram and rail network in 2014.
