Man accused of murdering mother and daughter appears in court via videolink
A 26-year-old man has been remanded in continuing custody charged with the murders of a young mother and her eight-year-old daughter in Co Kerry.
The bodies of Jolanta and Enrika Lubiene were found in their rented home in Killorglin last month.
Aurimas Andruska appeared via videolink from the Midlands prison this morning.
Inspector Pat Meaney told the court he had been in contact with the investigation team in Killarney and the book of evidence was not completed yet.
He applied for a two-week adjournment and Judge Leo Malone remanded Andruska in continuing custody to appear again at Cork District Court on July 31.
