L driver phones police on tardy instructor

A learner driver phoned the police to complain when his instructor was late.

The man – whose name has not been identified – dialled 999 after he had an argument with his instructor over her reported tardiness, and West Midlands Police have released a recording of the emergency call to highlight time-wasters.
