Court order for Quinns to hand over financial details delayed

An order compelling the children of bankrupt businessman Sean Quinn to hand over further details of their assets and bank accounts will not come into force until the end of the month.

Mr Justice Peter Kelly ordered the disclosure on Monday having ruled that evidence given by the Quinns on their finances was "unsatisfactory" and "by times implausible".
