Youghal man who tried to rescue drowning boy distraught

A Youghal man, who tried to rescue a 10-year-old boy who drowned, said that he feels distraught and very sad after the child's death in Co Cork.

The boy was swimming at the beach in Youghal around 5pm yesterday evening, when he got into difficulty and was swept around to the harbour in strong currents.
