Fianna Fáil launch new health insurance system proposals

Fianna Fáil have unveiled proposals to overhaul the health insurance system in Ireland, saying the current model is unsustainable.

Their Universal Health Insurance plan would see the bottom 40 per cent of earners in the country having their premiums paid for by the state.
