No corruption charges for Gilligan
The former chairman of the Northern Ireland Policing Board has been cleared of corruption allegations, it was announced today.
Barry Gilligan, 60, a Belfast property developer, has been informed by the Public Prosecution Service that he will not face criminal charges following an investigation by police.
