Kerry Gardaí investigating murder of mother and daughter free man without charge

Gardaí in Kerry have released a man they were questioning over the double murders of a mother and daughter in Killorglin.

27-year-old Jolanta Lubiene and her eight-year-old daughter Enrika were found dead in their home in the town almost a fortnight ago.

The 26-year-old man, who is reported to be Lithuanian, was released without charge.

A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
