Car passenger dies in crash

A young man has died in a car crash in Northern Ireland.

James Bell, 23, of Ashlock Drive, Coalisland, Co Tyrone was a front seat passenger in a BMW when it was involved in a collision.

No other vehicle was involved in the incident at Coole Road in Dungannon shortly after midnight.

Two other men – aged 19 and 23 – were also travelling in the silver-coloured car at the time.

They were taken to hospital with injuries that are not believed to be life threatening.

Police are appealing to anyone who saw the crash or who has any information about it to contact them.
