Dubliner wins Aussie job in 'Best Jobs in the World' competition

An Internet entrepreneur from Dublin has won a job in Australia as an "Outback Adventurer" as part of the "Best Jobs in the World" competition.

Alan Dixon won the title in a campaign which attracted 330,000 applicants from 196 countries.

The competition also saw a chief funster and a taste master being appointed.

26 year old Allan is expected to start a six-month $100,000 dollar position some time between August and December this year.
