Hunger-strike prisoner John Dundon will today apply to the Supreme Court to delay his trial for the murder of Garryowen rugby player Shane Geoghegan.

The case against the 30-year-old of Hyde Road, Limerick is due to start at the non-jury Special Criminal Court tomorrow.
