Rents down in Dublin, up elsewhere

There has been a 2% increase in average national rents in the first quarter of this year, according to a new report from the Private Residential Tenancies Board.

However, in Dublin rents fell in the first quarter of 2013, down by 1.9%, when compared with the final quarter of 2012.
