High Court to assess €2.5m Coombe Hospital damages claim

The High Court is to assess a claim of around €2.5m against the Coombe Hospital in Dublin which has been found liable for the catastrophic injuries suffered by a 10 year old boy in the minutes after his birth.

Eoin Dunne of Malahide, Co Dublin has dyskinetic cerebral palsy, is wheelchair dependant, and cannot communicate verbally.
