Belfast home evacuated after report of suspicious device

A number of homes have been evacuated in Belfast after the discovery of a suspicious object.

Police and bomb disposal experts have been called to the security alert at Iverna Close in the south of the city.

A local community centre at Sandy Row is open for people who have been forced to leave their homes during the alert.
