Kenny: Govt to ask Troika to defer water charges until 2015

The Taoiseach Enda Kenny has confirmed to the Dáil that the Coalition is making a case to the Troika that water charges should not be imposed until January 2015.

The Government now intends to deliver the first bills for water on January 1, 2015, a year later than initially intended in the bailout deal.
