Four questioned in connection with Kildare murder

Gardaí are continuing to question four people in connection with the murder of Jamie Lindsay in Co Kildare.

The 20-year-old was shot dead while out walking near his home last Saturday, in the Coneyboro housing estate in Athy.

Three men and a woman were arrested yesterday afternoon, during search operations in Stradbally and Athy.

A car was also seized.

They are all aged in their early 20s and are being held at Garda stations in Co Kildare.
