Quinn family ask High Court to lift freeze on assets

Members of the Quinn family have asked the High Court to lift freezing orders placed on their assets and bank accounts.

Lawyers for the Quinns said that the family's civil case cannot proceed until criminal proceedings against Sean Fitzpatrick and other Anglo Irish Bank Directors are completed.
