Clamping fees to be capped at €80

It is expected that private clamping fees will be capped at €80 under new regulations which will be published by the Transport Minister later today.

Leo Varadkar said that he is bringing in the new rules to penalise “bad behaviour by disreputable operators” but protect motorists and legitimate clampers.
