Gardaí investigate Sligo drugs and arms find

Investigations are continuing in Sligo following the seizure of drugs and a number of firearms yesterday.

As part of on-going investigations into organised crime, officers found a sawn off shotgun, an imitation firearm, and drugs with an estimated street value of €50,000 during searches in the Forthill area of the city.
