Kenny: Insolvency guidelines 'indicative' only

An Taoiseach Enda Kenny says the new personal insolvency guidelines will be 'indicative' only and will be different for every person looking for a debt deal.

Newspaper reports said they will only allow a family of four to spend €20 a day on food and could see people in urban areas give up their cars.
